Important Disclaimer: Job_Agent is NOT a web scraping tool.

The Service operates strictly as an intelligent aggregator utilizing authorized search engine indexing APIs (such as Exa.ai) to locate publicly accessible job postings, similar to how a human would search on Google. We do not engage in unauthorized scraping, bypassing of captchas, or automated crawling of proprietary job boards. We do not host or claim ownership of third-party job descriptions.

3. User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree that:

• You will only upload resumes or data that belongs to you.
• You will not use the Service to generate false or misleading application materials.
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or overwhelm the Service's APIs.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing any AI-generated cover letters or resume tailoring before submitting them to employers.

4. Limitation of Liability

Job_Agent does not guarantee employment, interviews, or specific outcomes. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Job_Agent shall not be liable for any missed opportunities, employer rejections, or inaccuracies in the AI-generated content.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
